Priory View is an unusual 'upside down' house. Upstairs is a large open plan living area, set out to take advantage of the remarkable views of the countryside, Binham Village and a glimpse of the famous Priory ruins.
The comfortable sitting room boasts exposed beams, CD/Radio and a TV/DVD with a good range of books and
DVDs for your enjoyment. There is a well fitted kitchen area (fridge
freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher) and a comfortable dining area for
six people.
Downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, one king size, one double, one
twin-bedded, each with a TV/DVD. All the bedrooms have high ceilings and exposed beams and views over the courtyard or the countryside.
There is a shower room with electric shower, toilet and wash basin and
an additional WC with wash basin. You will also find
a payphone in the the hall.
The cottage is warm with plenty of hot water from an immersion heater.
There are ample night storage heaters. All electricity is included in the rental costs.
Please bring your own towels for kitchen, bathroom and beach.

Grounds
Outside the cottage
is a remarkable table and benches ready to catch the evening sun for
your sundowner. Priory View is set in the beautiful grounds of the Abbey,
a grade II listed building. Although shared by several cottages and flats, you will always find a quiet corner to picnic, sunbathe or barbecue. The grounds include an extensive lawn and terraced gardens which are well maintained with an attractive flint summer house and an all-weather tennis court.
There is a parking space outside the cottage and additional parking near the tennis court.
